Spring Haul☀🐤

Yay it's finally easter half term! Me and Abbie have been a little bit lazy on the blogging but thats only due to our exams coming up we have finally found some free time today to upload some posts and we are sorry about that we just have revision as when we get back after 2 weeks off we are straight into exam time! Anyway I wanted to do a spring haul on what I brought from Primark, Topshop and Forever 21 it's not much but I loved the things I brought and I thought they were lovely! I did nearly end up buying a £90 coat from Zara but I only had £50 so I got out of that one quick but I think it might be a cheeky purchase very soon......

Primark:
So the Primark I went to was the section in Selfridges which is good because It's all organised which is good and I found some lovely stuff. The first thing i brought was this lovely pink gingham fabric blazer with pink polka dots with a white background on the inside it's such a nice colour and it goes with a lot of things in my opinion which is good it also went with my JuJu Jellies and my white Leigh jeans from Topshop. The blazer was on £19 which is good as in Topshop and Zara they are more expensive.
White Jeans and Pink JuJu Jellies
Pattern on inside and outside
The last thing I brought from Primark was just a pastel yellow blouse which has tiny little detailed daises on the collar area and it was only £10 and I thought I would be able to wear it to my Grandmars on easter sunday with some nice jeans or something however the only little problem with it is that its a very baggy size 6 top and Im not a big fan of oversized clothing just as it makes me feel a little chubby but hey it was nice and I wanted it!

Forever 21:
I only got a few stuff out of Forever 21 I managed to find some lovely bralettes one lacy and one a crochet one both baby pink and they are lovely and I managed to find a cream top with lace detail on which has a drop down back which allows you to put a bralette underneath and for you still to be able to see it and I have fell in love with these 3 pieces of clothing and they will defiantly be going on holiday with me!
£7.25
£5.65
£8.25
£8.25
Also from Forever 21 when I was in the que I spotted these fantastic sun glasses which I have been looking for the perfect pair and also found a cute little pink floral hair brush which Is the cutest thing ever even though it will not go through my hair as its curly but hey I brought it to just put in my bag just incase of an emergency.

£4.90

£3.15
Topshop:
Next is Topshop I didn't buy much as Topshop seem to have run out of size 6 in everything:( which is sad even online they have no size 6's in things I want so I just had a little look around and found a crop top for the summer some small hoop earrings and some cute little midi rings! The crop top I brought is a lovely coral colour and I'm sure its going to look lovely in the summer with a tan I also brought it as I can wear it with my Topshop Joni jeans and it won't show much skin which is always good we don't want to be showing too much off! The hoops I brought are just small gold hoops and the 2 midi rings I brought are just delicate with a small clear diamond.
The picture makes this top look horrible but i swear its nice on!

And thats all from me:) I hope you like it me and Abbie will be doing posts when we have free time or a break from revision but after may and the first and second week of June are over we will be back doing posts nearly everyday.... Okay that was a bit dramatic but there will be more when we finish our exams.

Primark Haul ♡

So today me and my mom went into Primark because I wanted 1 pair of trousers which I saw in THIS post that Alicia did. But as per usual ended up almost buying the whole shop! I'v never been the biggest fan of Primark until recently but now I love it! As you'll see the 3 bags aren't all mine but with the clothes and shoes in there at the moment they could quite easily be! Also I'd just like to apologize for the photographs in this post, my camera insists on flashing sometimes... not fun!

Top...

£2
The picture really doesn't do this top justice. Its a pretty loose peplum style in a mint green colour. I think because I have light hair and skin mint and pastel shades look nice on me and its going to look nice with a cream cardigan in the transition between summer and autumn and then again in spring. This top was also just £2 reduced from £4 in the sale! Bargain!

Trousers...

£6

These are the riding pant style trousers Alicia persuaded me to buy (So I blame her for all of this ;) ). The only problem I had was red or grey? But at just £6 each I couldn't possibly choose! They are so soft and will match a lot of things and can be quite easily dressed up and dressed down. I also love the detailing down the sides.

£6
Another pair of trousers I bought are these plain grey ones with a crease down the front. They are also really soft and just £6 again. They are abit like the cigarette style trousers and are a bit more formal than the riding pants style ones.

£10
The last pair of trousers I got are these blue disco pants style ones. I'v wanted some disco pants for so long but never found any reasonably priced ones that don't look cheap. The pictures don't do these justice again because it flashed but they look a lot more expensive than £10! They were reduced from £18 and to be honest I wouldn't have payed that for them but they are definitely worth a look for £10. They also come in grey and black and I think I might have to go back for the black at some point.

Shoes...

£8

The last of my purchases was these black ankle booties. I think they will match the red riding pants and will look nice with a skirt and over sized cardigan when autumn really hits. They also have a tan colour which I wanted to begin with but they didnt have my size so if I wear these lots then I will just have to go back and buy them too!

A quick THANK YOU! ❤

Earlier this week me and Alicia noticed that we got 1000 page views! This is amazing so we would just like to thank everyone reading this and has read any of our other posts it really means a lot.

School Makeup....

Back to school Makeup.....

So as me and Abbie are back at school know I thought I would show you what makeup I use for school! I only tend to wear natural makeup because covering your face with foundation is not nice let me tell you that. I don't tend to wear much just the normal wich consists off conceler, mascara and stuff like that.... Its perfect and lasts all day really as I don't take any makeup to school I mean I have no time to apply makeup and honestly half the time I can't be bothered... so lets get started!

Face.....

First I tend to apply my conceler which is the Collection Lasting Perfction conceler  in the shade 03 Medium and I just apply this under my eyes as I have dark circles I mean waking up at 7 is not my thing! also I just apply this to any blemishes and  I just apply that with my Beauty Blender . The next thing I apply is some BB cream and the one I use is the Maybelline Dream Pure BB Cream  which is for oily skin and I just apply this mainly to my T-Zone as this is where I tend to get more of and oily effect on my skin and I use the Mac Foundation Brush 190. I then  apply my Maybelline Dream Matte Powder  in 02 Rose Ivory which is to set my BB cream and to cover the oil that is lying on my face and I apply this to my T-Zone once again with the Real Techniques Buffing Brush and it lasts all day in my opinion! and then I just apply my Benefit Hoola Bronzing powder  to my cheek bones with the Mac Brush 187

Eyes.....

The eyes are really natural I just apply some mascara which is from Lancome  and is limited edition so I don't know if they are still doing this mascara at this time! Very natural like I said but sometimes I might just add any light eyeshadow like one from the Naked Palette 2 but not everyday.

Lips.......

For the lips just plain and natural again I just use my babylips that I am obsessed with and have been since my american beauty gurus have spoken about them on youtube! I tend to add first the Peach Kiss ( which is that purple one) and it just adds a nice colour to my lips and then I just add the Intense Care ( which is the yellow one) and this just keeps my lips nice but also adds a bit of colour.

That is all from me and I hope you like it! This should be the last school related post know as school season has started again and we are thinking about doing a fall series with a fall look book or something like that! Me and Abbie will try and post as much as we can but we are back at school with loads of homework, exams and coursework to finish but we shall try our best to post!

What's in my makeup bag:Holiday Edition

So as you know I have just gotten back from a lovely holiday in Cyprus! I thought why not do a holiday edition of whats in my makeup bag and what I took with me?! I only brought one thing in duty free which is good for me because our flight was boarding as soon as we got through security so I only managed to eat and buy something! So lets get in to what's in my makeup bag:)

Face:The makeup that I took on holiday that I used for my face was not used as much as I thought I would need it because I caught a tan very quickly on my face! The majority of the face products that I took with me are normally used all year round.I took two BB creams which were the 17 BB cream and Maybelline Dream Pure BB Cream both of these BB creams have SPF in them as well which is a must have! The brushes I took to apply the BB creams were---- Beauty Blender  and A Mac Foundation Brush 190.I also took my under eye concealer to hide the dark circles under my eyes which is the Maybelline The Eraser Eye and I applied this with my beauty blender. When I have applied all the BB creams and the concealer I then apply my Maybelline Dream Matte Powder in the shade 02 Rose Ivory I use this to set my makeup and to stop my face from getting oily when I get to warm... I apply this with my Real Techniques Buffing Brush

Eyes:The products that I used for my eyes were my Mac Palette and My mascara was the Lancome  Hypnose- Doll Eyes Effect. The two eye shadows that I used were the two colours at the top of the palette which were a dark brown colour and then a light champagne colour(Im so sorry I can't remember the names of them and can't seem to find them in my makeup draw or on the internet), I would use the light champagne colour first and I would apply this on my eye lid and would put the amount that I think worked for me, I then added the dark brown colour in to the crease of my eye lid and this mixed in with the light champagne colour and then I would just blend it out which added a lovely light colour but also a hint of dark in it.The bushes I would use were my Sigma Mrs Bunny Travel Kit to apply the light champagne colour I would use the brush
E55 - Eye Shading  and then use the brush E40-Tapered Blending to apply the brown shade in the crease of my eye. The Mascara that I took was just one of my old ones but I managed to pick up one from Duty Free which I feel in love with and it apply's perfectly and doesn't clump I even think that it better then the benefit they're real mascara. The mascara is from Lancome and it was a limited edition and honestly I really recommend it.

Summer Lookbook 2013...

Outfits for summer 2013....

Iv put together a little look book of outfits I have been loving and wearing during this heatwave we had for a few weeks in the UK. So here are some ideas for outfits to wear over the summer. Also the shop name will be a link to their website so you can see if they have anything you like as some of the clothes are no longer available. ENJOY!..

Outfit 1,

This outfit is really comfortable because the shorts are so soft but it still looks nice to go out and meet friends or something.

Shorts pattern

Vest top- H&M
Shorts- Matalan
Shoes- Next
Sunglasses- Topshop

Outfit 2,

This is another comfortable outfit. The vest is the same as in outfit 1 as are the shorts but just a different pattern. Also these canvas pumps are literally like walking on clouds! Seriously  they are super comfy!

Shorts pattern

Vest top- H&M
Shorts- Matalan
Shoes- Lacoste (mine were from JD Sports)

Outfit 3,

I wore this outfit to an activity day we had at school where we got to chose some were to go for the day. Some choices were Water world, Drayton Manor, Snow dome and a few more. I chose to go to Star city which meant being in a cold cinema for a few hours so I needed a practice outfit that's cool to be outside and warmer to be in the cinema and I ended up wearing this.

Lace vest top- Newlook
Bandeu- Newlook
Trousers- Next
Shoes- (as above) Lacoste- JD Sports
Watch- Sekonda
Bag- Ted Baker

Outfit 4,

This is an outfit I would wear when it is really warm because the vest top is very thin and the shorts are comfortable considering they are denim. I wore this for the last day of school because the whole school and staff sit in the sports hall for about an hour for a whole school assembly so it was going to get quite hot!

Vest top- Matalan
Socks- Primark
Converse- Very
Bracelet- Newlook

Outfit 5,

This outfit is just really casual for if your not planning on not going anywhere or doing much.

OMG these vans have glitter in them!
Vest top- Newlook
Shorts- Next
Shoes- Vans

Thank you for reading I hope you enjoyed this style of post. I really enjoyed making it although it did take ages to make! Please let us know if you would like any more posts like this.
