Fragrance Collection

My current fragrance collection...

I own a few different body sprays and perfumes... well quite a lot actually! So I'm going to share some of them with you... Enjoy!

Perfumed deodorant
I do a lot of dance and perfumed deodorants are like a strong body spray so i think they're perfect to keep in the bottom of a dance or PE bag. In my opinion they are not strong enough  to use just as a deodorant but to put on just before and after exercise they're great!

Adidas- Floral dream
Adidas- Pure lightness
Adidas- Fruity rhythm (my personal favorite)
Slazenger- Vitalize

Body Spray

I have many body sprays and Impulse is my favorite brand. I like to just spray it in a morning and they are strong enough on their own so there is no need for perfume too. You will notice the travel size Impulse sprays are the same scent as the bigger bottles as these are probably my top 3 from the brand and I have multiple bottles of ' True Love'. If you haven't already tried Impulse i would definitely recommend them.

Perfume
Sorry again for bad lighting my camera seems
to like to flash recently...

I like very summery and fruity scents which are the ones i wear in the day but to go out i have more... grown up scents? I'm obviously not very good at describing perfumes.I am also drawn to the bottles and am likely to buy perfume just because its in a pretty bottle. But anyway perfumes 1,3,4 and 5 are all my day time ones and the others night time.

1) Justin Bieber - Someday
2) Next - Diamonds
3) Barbie (I'v had this years so don't know the name)
4) Britney Spears - Curious
5) Taylor Swift - Wonder struck
6) Next - Flowers (My bottle is a travel size but i will be purchasing a bigger one)
7) Playboy - Play it lovely

As you can see none of these individual fragrances are particularity expensive so can be good if your on a budget.

What are your favorite fragrances?

Eye Makeup

My Everyday Eye Makeup.....

I thought that I would write this post about my everyday eye makeup, I don't tend to wear alot of eye makeup as i have big eyes and i don't tend to bring attention to them and I have to wear glasses a lot but I like a natural look when I wear eye makeup. Sometimes I change my eye makeup with what im wearing or if im going out or I want a more dramatic look but this is what i normally on a daily basis, I don't always wear this for school either as we are not allowed eyeliner as they say its "too much makeup".

The first thing I do is apply my Bourjois Paris Intuitive Liner  which you can from dotted lines across your eye to be able to make your eyeliner line perfect. Once I have used this I put the Mac Liquid Eye Liner which is perfect and makes the eyeliner bolder as the Bourjois eyeliner is not a bold black so I put the Mac eyeliner in very black on the top to make it stand out just a tiny bit.

The next thing I apply is my eyeshadow, I use the Naked Palette 2 which has a lovely range of brown and metalic shimmers in it.The first colour I use is Half Baked which is kind of like a champagne brownish colour I use this to cover my whole eyelid. I then use the colour Chopper which is a dark brown with a lot of shimmer in it I use this in the crease of my eyelid by my brow bone.

Once I have applied the eyeliner and the eyeshadows I then apply a light coat of mascara which is the brand Collection-Killer Curves Mascara  in very black personally I think that this is a really good mascara and doesn't clump and make your eyes look like its covered in big blobs of mascara because thats not classy just saying.

This is the overall look after i have finished...

Holiday Makeup

My Holiday Makeup Essentials...

Makeup bag- Ted Baker
I recently went on holiday to Spain and so I thought I would share the makeup I took with me. I wore all of the products except the dark Ted Baker eye shadow and Soap and Glory lip butter balm.

Lets start with the lips! I'm going to go in order of the swatches in the top picture.
Firstly i took Estee Lauder in the colour 82- Palace Pink. This is a really vibrant pink and perfect for the summer! It stays put for a few hours and looks amazing with a clear or nude gloss over the top.  Next is Benefit 'Life on the A list'. It is a really subtle pretty pink colour that again stays on perfectly! It is a sticky lip gloss though so if you don't like that this probably isn't the best gloss for you. Then i have a Lancome Juicy Tube in the shade 'Disco Melon'. This is the best smelling lip gloss EVER! It is not as orange as it looks and is great for everyday use. I t is also quite sticky and doesn't stay put for very long but I'v had this tube for almost a year and it doesn't look like much has gone which is amazing considering how much i use it. Soap & Glory 'Smooch operator' is great for dry lips and lasts for ages. I'm still on my first pot and use it frequently.

These are the 3 face products I took with me.
I don't wear or even own a foundation so i like to use Rimmels BB cream. It is a 9 in 1 perfecting make up that primes, moisturises, minimises pores, conceals, covers, smooths, mattifies, brightens and helps protect. It has SPF 25 so really protects you skin when out in the sun whilst still looking natural. It is very lightweight and you don't feel like your wearing it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! Next is the Avon colour trend pressed powder in 'Translucent'. This is my favorite powder i'v ever tried and will definitely be repurchasing. Lastly i took the Ted Baker compact bronzer. Mine is from the 'A star is born' box so i dont know if you can get it separately but it is also my go to bronzer as it gives you a bit of colour but isn't to pigmented.
For some reason my camera felt the need to flash which is why the lighting is
so dodgy, sorry!
Lets start with mascara. First i have the travel size Benefit ' They're real' mascara which is just brilliant! it does exactly what it says and can be made into a subtle natural daytime look or an evening party look. Believe it or not although it looks black the next mascara is Avon colour trend 'Crystal Clear' i don't use this as a clear mascara usually, i use it to keep mascara on longer but i used this for days spent around the pool with no other make up just to make me look more awake. The 3 eye shadows are Ted Baker again from the ' A star is born' box so they may not be sold seperatly. They are gold, pink, grey and stay on really well with no creasing though the pink isn't as thick so sometimes drops below the eye when applying. They are also really pigmented.

On the right you can see my eye brow pencil. I have light blonde hair so trying to find a pencil that wasn't to dark was a bit of a challenge but this really is perfect! Its Models Prefer and also has a good brush on the opposite side. The other 2 brushes are Ted Baker from the 'A star is born' box. They are great and really soft. The eye shadow brush is particularly soft and i love how the blush brush (I'm not sure if its a blush one) is pink at the tip.

Summer Lip Products

My Summer Lip Products....

As this is a new blog i thought why not start it off with Summer lip products as its been warm recently in England. When summer comes I always end up changing my makeup routine, when in gets to summer the products that i like to wear on my lips and pinkish/coral colours so I thought that the first blog post I will share what lip products I tend to use.

The lip products go in order so the first one is a red from 17 called Love Note I know its not a summery colour but if only applying one coat of this leaves and nice coral/red kind of shade on my lips. The next one is from Benefit and is a lipgloss called Dandelion  this is a light beige and adds nice texture to my lips and isn't exactly a heavy product you can't really see it but if you want something on your lips then its perfect the only bad thing about it is that you can't exactly see it.

Dandelion

The next one is a Revlon lip butter and in my opinion the lip butters are the best lip product for summer they are not a heavy product or sticky product to apply and they leave a lovely shade on your lips. The one I have been wearing alot is Strawberry Shortcake  its a lovely pale pastel pink and is perfect for summer. The next one is a Clinique Chubby Stick  called Woppin Watermelon  this is a lovely pale pink and is like applying lip balm to your lips but just has that little bit of colour to your lips.

Woppin Watermelon

The final one is a Mac lipstick and is called Cremesheen Naughty Saute again this is a lipstick and isn't the absolute best for summer but is still a summery colour and is a pale pink but bright when added.
Cremesheen Naught Saute

Overall I think that the best summer lip product would have to be the revlon lip butter as they have a whole range of different colours to choose from and they apply well.

What's your Favourite summer lip products?
