Skin Care Routine

I have recently started looking after my skin a lot more than usual which I know is a must and that you should always look after your skin! My skin is lovely and I am totally spot free  I know I am very lucky with my skin and I feel terrible because some people with spot's have tried all different types of products that will help with their skin but sometimes it makes it worse for them and im guilty because I never used to look after my skin the only thing I used to do was remove my makeup with makeup wipes! So I'm going to show you how I look after my skin know so with out further a do lets get started!

Step 1:
* Garnier Clean and Soft Complete Cleansing Wipes (£2.17), I have been using these facial wipes since I have started wearing makeup my mom recommended them to me and ever since then I have never brought or used any different cleansing wipes.I really recommend these cleansing wipes because they are so soft they smell pleasant and they remove your makeup perfectly. And this is what I use to remove my makeup every night it's also good at removing the dirt off your face because you don't want a dirty face!

Step 2:
*Nivea Pure & Natural Cleansing Lotion (£2.30), I use this cleansing lotion every night before I go to bed I apply it to a large cotton wool pad which you cant get from Boots, Superdrug and also supermarkets.Once I have applied a fair amount on to the cotton wool pad I just apply that to one of my cheeks and just make sure that its spread around the cheek evenly I then do the same to my other cheek then to my forehead just my whole face really and I just try to rub it in as much as I can, you can see the dirt that has been on your face all day on the cotton wool pad but this helps alot to remove all the grubby things that are on your face.

Step 3:
*Nivea Pure & Natural Cleansing Toner (£2.24), When I have applied the Cleansing Lotion to my face I get another large cotton wool pad and just squirt some of the Cleansing Toner on to the large cotton wool pad and just go around my face just wiping off the Lotion that I had put on before, you can  see the dirt on the cotton wool pad when you remove it which shows that the Makeup remover wipes don't remove all of the grubby things that are on to your face all day even though you can't even see them! The Cleansing toner honestly looks like water if you ask my but anyway... When I finish with this my skin feels so soft and refreshed.

Step 4:
*Nivea Extra Gentle Eye Make Up Remover (£3.39), I use this again every night just to remove my eye makeup as I always wear my eye shadows and mascara because im obsessed with making my eyes look pretty so I just apply this to a large cotton wool pad and just wipe over my eye lids and just my eye lashes to get an mascara that didn't come off with the makeup wipes.

*******Another thing I also do is not something I do every night because I don't go in the shower every night but when im in the shower I just wash my face with just the hot water from the shower and just cup it in my hands and splash my face.**********

I also hope to add another thing to my skin routine which is the Clarisonic Brush in pink so if anyone has one just comment and tell me what they are like as I might need to purchase a pink Clarisonic Brush!

And thats it thats my skin routine for you I would honestly try these products if I were you because they are fantastic! Thank you!

Little Side Note:
Me and Abbie have not been posting alot lately as we didn't know what to write about but we are back up and running again! We will probably be doing a whats in my school bag? Maybe we could start a back to school series even though it might be a little late know but we could do advice anything that you need help with about school that just a little idea!

Fashion and Beauty Haul...

Haul...

Make up...

£5

First I have this Models Own eye shadow which is called Silver & Silver Sparkle. This style eye shadow has always scared me a bit because I've never thought they can be used much as it just looks like big pieces of glitter. However, it is really sparkly but the big pieces of glitter kind of break down so it just goes onto the eyelid like a powder with glitter in it. I think this would be a good product to wear for a party because of how glittery it is.

£5

Top- Silver
Bottom- Purple

This second thing is another eye shadow by Models Own. It is one of their duos called Disco Diva DE008 which is a silver and purple. These are again really nice colours for parties and are not as dark as they look. As you can see from the swatch they are just purple and silver shimmers really.

£6
This mascara is honestly one of the best mascaras I have ever used! It is the Hi Definer Lashed-Up Volumiser by Models Own. Before i found this mascara my favourite was Bad Gal Lash by Benefit and this is very similar. They have the same shape brush so i think that's what makes them  so similar but this Models Own one is £6 and the Benefit one is £18.50! It adds thickness and volume witgout leaving clumps so is definitely worth trying!

£4
This is the Models Own Eye Shading Brush. It is really good for getting under the brow bone and in the crease and so is perfect for a smokey eye which is what I used it for today!

Nails...

If you have read the summer nails post I did then you will no how i feel about Angelica nail varnish so ill just say THEY ARE STILL AMAZING!! I got a Top Coat and a peach called Iced Sorbet which is from the Soft Satin Matt Effect collection. Its not as orange as it looks on the bottom picture its more of a pretty pastel peach.

Clothes and shoes...

The skirt i got was from the River Island sale. It was £10 from £22. Its cream lace and had a brown belt and gold buttons. The buttons are up the front which makes it a bit more unique. So you can see it fully I wore a white bandeu from New Look which you could probably wear  if your confident enough. If not a white crop top or vest top or a black vest top will also look nice.

£4

These black loafers are from Primark. I'm not sure how long they will last as they were just £4 but they will look nice with a skirt and to start back at school with my skirt in September.

Thank you for reading my first haul post! I hope you enjoyed!

Small note...

So posts will hopefully become more regular because me and Alicia have finished school for the summer until Wednesday 4th September so we will have more time. I have been working on a fashion post that has taken for ever! But hopefully it will be up next week some time. Alicia went on holiday today (lucky thing) so its just me for a while but expect some holiday themed posts when shes back!
